Job summary

PT Repex Wahana, a logistics and express courier company in Batam, seeks a sales professional to grow the customer base and drive revenue. You will manage corporate accounts, negotiate terms, and present solutions to clients.

With 3+ years in logistics sales, you will craft territory plans, report progress, and collaborate across teams to deliver service enhancements and new offerings. This role is based on-site in Batam.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in the Logistics/Express Courier industry.
• Experience in international/domestic logistics.
• Driver license required; owning a vehicle preferred.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

This is a sales position in the logistics and express courier industry, based in Batam. The role involves hunting new customers, maintaining existing customer relationships, and implementing sales plans to achieve target revenue in an assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Hunt new customers and maintain existing customer relationships
• Implement a sales plan and communicate with customers in the territory to achieve target revenue
• Provide reports to record revenue and customer relationship progress
• Obtain solutions for customer requirements or issues on service for future service enhancement and new product development
• Keep abreast with industry development and updates of sales systems
• Identify new markets and business opportunities
• Develop network and cooperation with internal and external parties
• Review and analyze sales performance and achievement

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• At least 3 years of working experience as a Sales in the Logistic / Express Courier Company
• Experience in International / Domestic Logistic
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent
• Hands-on sales activities, negotiation skills, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the express courier and Logistic distribution industry
• Capability to build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients/customers
• Target-oriented and customer-satisfaction focused
• Driving license is a must and owning a vehicle is preferable
