Qualifications

• Experience with container inventory, incoterms, port operations, rate calculations and complaint handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure seamless shipping and high standards.
• Identify growth opportunities; develop and execute sales strategies for market expansion.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, port authorities, regulators and stakeholders.
• Manage budgets and cost-control initiatives to drive profitability.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate the team while ensuring safety and compliance.
