PT BSA Logistics Indonesia Tbk, a leading logistics company in Indonesia, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Makassar, South Sulawesi. As a Branch Manager, you will play a role in driving the Company's business growth by identifying new market opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and developing strategies to increase revenue.

Job Description (s):

Responsible for achieving branch sales targets, revenue and profit.

Manage all branch operational activities to ensure they run effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with company SOPs.

Formulate branch strategies and work plans to achieve business targets.

Lead, direct, and motivate the entire branch team.

Monitor and evaluate employee performance on a regular basis.

Develop the team's potential through coaching, briefings, and mentoring.

Ensure customer service quality meets company standards.

Build and maintain good relationships with customers, vendors, partners, and relevant stakeholders.

Monitor target achievement and prepare periodic branch performance reports.

Control branch operational costs to ensure they remain within budget.

Identify operational and business challenges and take appropriate corrective actions.

Ensure all branch activities comply with company policies, SOPs, and regulations.

Coordinate with headquarters or relevant departments regarding branch needs and developments.

Analyze market conditions, competitors, and business opportunities within the branch's region.

Requirement (s) :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree.

At least 5 year(s) of working experience as Branch Manager or is required for this position.

Accustomed to working with Target.

Preferably specializing in Freight Forwarding & Shipping Line with many relationship to customer.

Able to lead the sales team and working in a team or independently.

Able to speak English, Mandarin / Chinese, both spoken and written.

Position in Makassar, South Sulawesi.
