Ruangguru is seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to coordinate and oversee operations across multiple branches in Balikpapan. You will ensure smooth operations, implement academic processes, and drive enrollment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee operations of one or multiple branches within the regional area.
Lead and execute branch-level initiatives, including events, promotions, and other marketing activities, to drive student engagement, acquisition, and enrollment.
Manage branch Profit & Loss (PnL) performance by assessing local market conditions and identifying sales opportunities to optimize revenue.
Oversee the end-to-end customer experience and journey, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.
