Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking a Learning Design & Program Development Coordinator to lead the design, development, and implementation of strategic learning initiatives that improve employee capability and leadership readiness.

Reporting to the Learning Center Manager, you will oversee a team of instructors, manage the full learning lifecycle, and collaborate with business leaders to align programs with priorities, enhance culture, and drive measurable performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong background in instructional design and learning development.
• Experience with leadership development and competency development programs.
• Experience managing LMS and digital learning initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end instructional design using ADDIE to analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate learning programs.
• Design and implement leadership development, competency development, and performance improvement programs.
• Coordinate digital learning initiatives and LMS implementation; develop instructor capability.
• Develop organizational culture programs to reinforce company values and engagement.
• Manage partnerships with educational institutions and external learning partners; ensure quality standards.
• Oversee knowledge management and cross-functional knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Coordinate talent development, succession planning, and leadership pipelines.
• Supervise learning instructors and drive continuous program improvement.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and measure learning impact via KPIs.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align learning initiatives with priorities.
