Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Learning Design & Program Development Coordinator to lead the design, development, and implementation of strategic learning initiatives that boost employee capability, leadership readiness, and organizational performance.

Reporting to the Learning Center Manager, you will guide a team of instructors, manage the full training lifecycle, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure impactful learning aligned with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Professional certification in Training & Development or Instructional Design is a plus.
• 3–5 years in Learning & Development or corporate learning functions.
• 2+ years in leadership or supervisory roles over training programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end instructional design using ADDIE from needs analysis to evaluation.
• Develop competency, performance, and leadership development programs.
• Coordinate digital learning, LMS implementation, and instructor capability.
• Drive organizational culture programs and knowledge management initiatives.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align learning with priorities.
• Coach learning instructors and supervise multiple projects.
