Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia in Jakarta seeks a Learning Design & Program Development Coordinator to lead the design, development, and implementation of strategic learning initiatives that boost capability, leadership readiness, and organizational performance.

You will oversee a team of instructors, manage the full learning lifecycle, apply ADDIE, coordinate digital learning, LMS deployment, and collaborate with leaders to align programs with business priorities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Learning & Development or corporate training roles.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with ADDIE and instructional design.
• Experience with LMS and digital learning initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English for business communication.
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, HR, Education, or related field.
• Certification in Training & Development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end instructional design process using ADDIE.
• Develop competency and leadership development programs.
• Coordinate LMS implementation and digital learning projects.
• Design organizational culture programs to reinforce company values.
• Collaborate with business leaders and external partners.
• Oversee training needs analysis and program evaluation.
• Supervise learning instructors and ensure program quality.
• Manage multiple learning projects and timelines.
• Develop knowledge management initiatives.
