Job summary

Confidential in Jakarta seeks an experienced Learning & Development leader to craft and execute learning and talent development strategies aligned with business goals. You will drive TNA, curriculum design, learning delivery, and program evaluation to ensure impactful outcomes.

Lead competency frameworks, IDPs, succession planning, and career development while partnering with leaders to close capability gaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; field related to HR/PSY/EDU/Biz.
• 4–6 years in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Human Capital Development.
• Strong expertise in TNA, instructional design, learning delivery, and evaluation methodologies.
• Experience in competency management, assessment centers, IDP, and career coaching.
• Proven experience leading employee engagement and change management initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving abilities; measure learning impact.
• Fluent in English; experience with external training providers and enterprise learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute learning and talent development strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational capabilities.
• Oversee training needs analysis, curriculum design, learning delivery, and program evaluation to ensure impactful outcomes.
• Drive talent management initiatives, including competency frameworks, assessment centers, IDP, succession planning, and career development.
• Lead organizational programs that reinforce company values, engagement, collaboration, and high-performance behaviors.
• Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and implement strategic learning initiatives.
• Manage employee engagement surveys, analyze insights, and develop action plans to improve experience and retention.
• Oversee learning technologies, external training providers, consultants, and program budgets for scalable development solutions.
• Monitor learning effectiveness and OD metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
