Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia in Jakarta seeks a Learning Design & Program Development Coordinator to lead the design, development, and implementation of strategic learning initiatives. You will oversee instructors and manage the full learning lifecycle from needs analysis to evaluation, aligning programs with business priorities.

Responsibilities include coordinating digital learning projects, LMS implementation, and creating culture-related training to strengthen engagement and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• Professional certification in Training & Development or Learning & Development is an advantage.
• 3–5 years in Learning & Development or corporate learning functions.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in training lifecycle.
• Experience with instructional design, leadership development, and competency development.
• Strong knowledge of ADDIE methodology, TNA, and knowledge management.
• Experience managing LMS and digital learning initiatives preferred.
• Proven project and people management capabilities.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Business English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end instructional design using ADDIE: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation.
• Design and develop competency, performance, and leadership development programs.
• Coordinate LMS implementation and instructor capability development.
• Create organizational culture programs to strengthen engagement and values.
• Manage collaborations with educational institutions and external learning partners.
• Develop knowledge management initiatives to support learning and sharing.
• Coordinate talent development, succession planning, and leadership pipelines.
• Coach and supervise learning instructors for delivery quality.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and evaluate learning effectiveness with KPIs.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align initiatives with priorities.
