Job summary

MatchaTalent in Jakarta Pusat seeks a Learning Design & Program Development Coordinator to lead end-to-end design and development of learning programs that improve performance, core competencies, and leadership capability across the organization.

Reporting to the Learning Center Manager, you will supervise instructors, coordinate digital transformation and culture programs, manage external education partnerships, and ensure initiatives align with business objectives and strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management or Psychology; T&D certification preferred.
• 3–5 years in Training & Development with 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience in HR consulting preferred; end-to-end training lifecycle expertise.
• Strong ADDIE, competency management, and TNA knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office with professional English communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute ADDIE for learning programs including performance and leadership development.
• Oversee LMS implementation and instructor capability development for digital training.
• Design culture internalization programs to embed organizational values.
• Coordinate external education partnerships and monitor quality standards.
• Develop and maintain knowledge management systems within the L&D ecosystem.
• Coordinate regional and national initiatives as required by stakeholders.
