Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Learning Instructor to lead end-to-end training programs across Sales, After Sales, or Head Office, from needs analysis through instructional design, curriculum development, delivery and evaluation.

Reporting to the Learning Design & Development Coordinator, you will coach staff, maintain learning materials, implement programs across Jakarta Pusat and Pekanbaru, travel domestically as required, and ensure alignment with ADDIE, 70:20:10, LMS platforms and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, psychology, engineering, human resources, education, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Training Instructor, Learning & Development Specialist, or similar.
• At least one professional certification related to training delivery, facilitation, instructional design, or learning development.
• Hands-on experience managing the complete learning lifecycle, including TNA, design, curriculum development, delivery, and evaluation.
• Good understanding of ADDIE and competency-based learning development.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) by evaluating business requirements and competency gaps to set learning priorities.
• Design, develop, and continuously improve learning paths, curricula, modules, and materials using the ADDIE methodology and 70:20:10 framework.
• Deliver classroom, workshop, and practical sessions with high-quality facilitation and engagement.
• Monitor progress and evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments and post-training reviews.
• Coordinate programs and competency development initiatives across multiple business units and locations.
• Maintain learning documentation, records, and curriculum updates to ensure compliance with standards.
