Peoplyee is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales team in Jakarta, focusing on Water Treatment Plant and Wastewater Treatment Plant products. You will drive targets, build key customer relationships, and coordinate with executives to align sales strategies.

The role requires at least 3 years in a Sales Manager position within the water treatment sector, plus a relevant engineering background. This is a Jakarta-based opportunity with growth potential in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager in water treatment or wastewater treatment products.
• Experience leading and coaching a sales team to hit targets.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, monitor, motivate, and coach the sales team to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct joint customer visits with sales team members to strengthen collaboration and provide sales support.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Coordinate with the Board of Directors, other departments, and team members to align sales goals and strategies.
• Develop and manage the annual sales budget through planning, SWOT analysis, target setting, performance analysis, and projections.
• Prepare periodic sales and project reports for stakeholders.
