PT Aquamart Indonesia Ritel is seeking a dynamic sales professional to identify and develop new customer prospects across industrial, commercial, contractor, consultant sectors in water treatment equipment and solutions. You will prospect, engage customers, analyze needs, present products, prepare quotations, negotiate, and maintain relationships to drive revenue.

Role requires field visits, CRM management, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education from relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, or B2B Sales.
• Experience in water treatment or related industries is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Excel.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits.
• Own a personal vehicle is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Willingness to learn about technical products.

Responsabilités

• Search, identify, and develop new customer prospects in industrial, commercial, contractor, consultant, and related sectors
• Conduct prospecting through database, telephone, WhatsApp, email, networking, customer visits, and other channels
• Perform customer visits and site visits to understand customer needs and challenges
• Identify customer requirements and provide recommendations for appropriate products or solutions
• Present water treatment products and solutions to customers
• Prepare and deliver quotations and proposals to customers
• Negotiate pricing, specifications, requirements, and terms with customers
• Conduct consistent follow-up on all prospects, quotations, and sales opportunities
• Manage and update customer database and sales pipeline through CRM
• Monitor the sales process from inquiry through quotation, negotiation, purchase order, and delivery or project execution
