Job summary

PT Magic Garden Cafe is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Leader to supervise daily operations of the housekeeping team across villas, rooms, and public areas. You will assign tasks, check cleanliness, and ensure guest-ready presentation throughout stays.

This role requires at least 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality, strong attention to detail, and the ability to train staff. Excellent coordination with Front Office and Engineering will be essential, as will flexibility to work

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in housekeeping leadership roles in villa/hotel.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and hospitality standards.
• Ability to inspect rooms/villas against standards.
• Ability to train and supervise staff.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
• Assign tasks and schedules based on occupancy and operational needs.
• Ensure villas, rooms, and public areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and presentation.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Villa Manager, Engineering, and other departments on guest needs.
• Train and coach staff on SOPs, cleaning standards, grooming, and hygiene.
• Monitor inventory and use of supplies; report shortages or damaged items.
• Handle guest requests related to housekeeping and follow up on issues.
• Assist in preparing schedules, checklists, and operational reports.
• Support the team during high occupancy, events, or other situations.
