Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in luxury hotel, resort, or villa.
• Experience as Housekeeping Manager, Assistant Housekeeping Manager, or Executive Housekeeper preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning standards, linen management, and inventory control.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

This is a Housekeeping Manager position responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the Housekeeping Department to ensure all areas are maintained to luxury hospitality standards. The role involves leading housekeeping teams, managing operations across guest villas and public areas, maintaining quality control, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a luxury villa or resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure all areas meet luxury hospitality standards
• Ensure guest villas, public areas, and back-of-house areas are consistently clean, hygienic, well-maintained, and properly presented
• Establish and maintain Housekeeping SOPs, checklists, and operational standards
• Conduct regular inspections of guest villas and public areas
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the housekeeping team to achieve operational and service excellence
• Prepare manpower planning, duty rosters, daily assignments, and schedules based on occupancy and business requirements
• Develop and implement housekeeping training programs for all team members
• Manage and control all linen, towels, uniforms, amenities, cleaning supplies, and housekeeping equipment
• Assist in preparing and monitoring the Housekeeping Department budget and control departmental expenses
• Ensure compliance with company hygiene, health, safety, and environmental standards

About you
