Job summary

You will develop SOPs, conduct inspections, manage staffing, training, linen and supplies, and monitor the department budget. Strong leadership and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in luxury hotel, resort, or villa.
• Experience as Housekeeping Manager, Assistant Housekeeping Manager, or Executive Housekeeper preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning standards, linen management, and inventory control.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to meet luxury standards.
• Manage guest villas, public areas, and back-of-house spaces for cleanliness and presentation.
• Develop and implement SOPs, checklists, and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of villas and public areas.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the housekeeping team.
• Prepare manpower planning, rosters, and schedules based on occupancy.
• Develop training programs for all team members.
• Manage linen, towels, uniforms, amenities, supplies, and equipment.
• Assist in budgeting and controlling department expenses.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and environmental standards.
