Job description

Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 5–8+ years of progressive housekeeping leadership experience, with at least the last 2–3 years as a SPV, Assistant Manager, or Manager to Housekeeping Department, in a 4-star or 5-star luxury resort, boutique hotel, or multi-property environment.

Proven experience managing large housekeeping teams (100–200+ headcount) and handling private pool villa maintenance.

Core Competencies:

Deep knowledge of luxury housekeeping standards, laundry management, fabric care, and eco-friendly chemical applications.

Deep experience in SOP architecture, quality control, and guest complaint resolution.

Strong leadership presence, willing to step forward, lead from the front, and drive team discipline.
