Job summary

PT MAZARI STAYS HOSPITALITY in Bali is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily operations across villas, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. You will lead housekeeping staff, perform villa inspections, and ensure adherence to service standards and SOPs.

The role requires a Diploma in Hospitality, 2–3 years' experience in housekeeping with supervisory exposure, and strong leadership, communication, and English skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of housekeeping experience, with 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Luxury hotel, resort, or private villa experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with PMS is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations for villas and public areas.
• Conduct regular inspections and prepare readiness reports.
• Allocate tasks to HK Attendants and other team members.
• Monitor attendance, grooming, punctuality, and performance.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Butler on arrivals, departures, and requests.
• Address guest housekeeping requests and follow up on complaints.
• Track stock of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
• Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards are maintained.
• Train staff on SOPs, cleaning standards, and guest service.
• Prepare daily operation and room status reports.
