Job summary

PT. WHISTLER GARDEN INDONESIA seeks a skilled Housekeeping Manager to oversee all housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, and event spaces.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Hotel Management or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Housekeeping positions.
• Experience in hotel, convention hall, wedding venue, or hospitality industry.
• Understanding of housekeeping standards including rooms, public areas, linen, laundry, lost & found, and inventory control.
• Understanding of cleanliness, neatness, hygiene, and safety standards in hotel and venue areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure all Housekeeping operations run according to established standards.
• Oversee cleanliness and neatness of guest rooms, public areas, venue/event areas, and other operational areas.
• Organize manpower, daily assignments, and workload for the Housekeeping team.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure all areas meet cleanliness and hospitality standards.
• Control usage and availability of linen, amenities, cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure guest/client needs are met.
• Handle and follow up on complaints related to cleanliness, neatness, and Housekeeping service.
• Conduct briefing, coaching, and evaluation of the Housekeeping team.
• Create operational reports, inventory reports, and Housekeeping requirements for Management.
• Ensure the entire team implements SOP, grooming, hygiene, safety, and company service standards.
