Job summary

NTT DATA in Jakarta is seeking a Networking Managed Services Engineer (L2) to protect and restore client IT infrastructure. You will monitor systems, investigate incidents, and resolve problems to meet SLAs, while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

As a go-to for second-line support, you’ll handle medium-complexity incidents, review tickets, and contribute to automation and change management. You’ll also mentor L1 teams and help drive proactive improvements and disaster recovery tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or equivalent.
• Technical certification in one or more listed technologies.
• Ability to monitor, analyze and resolve incidents with SLA focus.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client infrastructure, identify and log issues, and escalate when needed.
• Provide second-line support for incidents and requests of medium complexity.
• Collaborate with CoE and automation teams to optimize tasks and reduce tickets.
• Support change management and participate in incident trend analysis.
