Job summary

NTT DATA in Jakarta is seeking a Security Managed Services Engineer (L2) to monitor, identify, investigate, and resolve security incidents, ensuring SLA commitments are met. You will manage queues, perform operational tasks, and communicate with clients and teams to extend support as needed.

You will assist L1 engineers with triage, contribute to change management, and help deliver maintenance activities with proper approvals.

Qualifications

Experience with managed services handling security infrastructure and ticketing tools.
Proficiency in active listening, with techniques like paraphrasing and probing for further information.
Excellent planning skills, able to anticipate and adjust to changing circumstances.
Strong ability to communicate and engage across different cultures and social groups.
Willingness to put in longer hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

Monitor security infrastructures and systems to remain operational and resolve incidents within SLA.
Manage work queues and update tickets with resolution actions.
Log incidents early and provide second-level support as needed.
Assist L1 engineers with triage and troubleshooting and support project work.
Contribute to change management documentation and maintenance activities.
