Job summary

PT Triple-E is seeking a NOC/Service Desk professional to monitor data center infrastructure and services, perform first-line triage, and create/update incident tickets. The role emphasizes accurate documentation and clear communication, with Mandarin language ability considered a plus.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years in a NOC, service desk, or infrastructure operations, and be comfortable with monitoring tools and ITSM concepts while growing into AI and HPC environments.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a NOC (Network Operations Center), service desk or infrastructure operations.
• Linux and networking fundamentals.
• Understanding of ITSM (IT Service Management).
• Experience with monitoring tools.
• Accurate documentation and clear communication.
• Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.

• Perform continuous monitoring of data center infrastructure and services.
• Perform first-line triage of incidents and alarms.
• Create and update tickets for incidents.
• Validate alarms to separate real faults from false alarms.
• Perform routine health checks.
• Carry out documented recovery actions from runbooks.
