Job summary

Asiacruit is seeking a L1 NOC / IT Operations Engineer to support continuous technology and infrastructure operations in a 24×7 onsite environment. You will monitor systems and services, respond to alerts, perform first‑level troubleshooting, and manage incidents through ITSM workflows.

This role suits professionals with experience in NOC or IT Operations, comfortable following SOPs and runbooks, maintaining incident records, and escalating complex issues to L2 teams while keeping clear

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in NOC, IT Operations, Infrastructure Support, Technical Support, or a similar environment.
• Basic knowledge of Linux and networking.
• Experience with monitoring tools or infrastructure monitoring platforms.
• Experience with ITSM or ticketing systems.
• Comfortable following SOPs, runbooks, and escalation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor infrastructure systems, services, and operational alerts.
• Respond to system alerts and perform first-level incident assessment.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and determine the appropriate next action.
• Validate alarms and identify potential infrastructure or service issues.
• Create, update, and maintain ITSM tickets with accurate incident information.
• Perform routine system and infrastructure health checks.
• Follow established SOPs, runbooks, and escalation procedures.
• Execute documented recovery actions where applicable.
• Escalate unresolved or complex incidents to L2 or specialist technical teams.
• Maintain accurate incident records, operational logs, and documentation.
• Communicate incident status and relevant information clearly to technical teams.
• Support continuous 24×7 operations through a shift-based onsite schedule.
