Triple-E, employed by PT Triple-E, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the L1/L2 data center operations supporting an AI GPU farm. You will supervise a 24x7 team, ensure alarms and incidents are addressed promptly, and coordinate maintenance and vendor activities to uphold service levels.

The role requires 5–7 years in data center ops with supervisory experience, plus strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical infrastructure and ITIL practices.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years of mission-critical data center operations experience, with 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of UPS, generators, switchgear and power distribution.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, chillers, pumps, CDUs and liquid-cooling systems.
• Experience managing 24x7 L1/L2 operations, incidents and maintenance.
• Familiarity with SOP/MOP/EOP, LOTO, Permit-to-Work and change management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate the L1 and L2 operations team for the AI GPU farm daily.
• Ensure continuous facility monitoring; respond to alarms and incidents promptly.
• Oversee 24x7 shift coverage, handovers and work assignments.
• Lead escalation and incident coordination, mobilizing resources to protect service availability.
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance; ensure proper execution.
• Ensure SOPs, MOPs and EOPs are followed safely and consistently.
• Coordinate L1 technicians, L2 HVAC/Electrical Engineers, IT/GPU teams and OEM vendors.
• Resolve issues involving power, CDU cooling, environmental conditions within SLAs.
• Maintain situational awareness and track operational KPIs; build team competency.

The Operations Manager provides the operational leadership layer between the Data Center Manager and the L1/L2 engineering teams, ensuring that daily operations are executed safely, consistently and in accordance with established procedures. The role is expected to maintain strong situational awareness of the facility, identify emerging operational risks early and ensure appropriate technical resources are mobilized before conditions affect AI GPU service availability.Responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of the L1 and L2 operations team supporting the AI GPU farm, ensuring that the facility is continuously monitored, incidents and alarms are responded to promptly, operational procedures are followed, and preventive/corrective maintenance activities are properly executed. The role manages 24×7 shift coverage, shift handovers, work assignments, escalation, incident coordination, maintenance scheduling, SOP/MOP/EOP execution, operational KPIs and team competency. The Operations Manager coordinates the activities of L1 technicians, L2 HVAC and Electrical Engineers, IT/GPU support teams and L3/OEM vendors, and ensures that operational issues involving power, CDU/secondary-loop cooling, environmental conditions and other critical infrastructure are resolved within agreed service levels.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least 5–7 years of mission-critical data center operations experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.
• Strong working knowledge of critical electrical infrastructure: UPS, generators, switchgear and power distribution.
• Strong working knowledge of critical mechanical infrastructure: HVAC, chillers, pumps, CDUs and liquid-cooling systems.
• Experience managing 24×7 L1/L2 operations, incidents, preventive and corrective maintenance, vendors and technical escalations.
• Good knowledge of SOP/MOP/EOP, LOTO, Permit-to-Work, change management, RCA and ITIL practices.
• Good knowledge of BMS/DCIM monitoring, redundancy and emergency response.
• Experience with high-density AI/HPC or GPU data centers and direct-to-chip liquid cooling is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and operational decision-making skills.
