• Basic knowledge of Linux and networking.
• Experience with monitoring tools or infrastructure monitoring platforms.
• Experience with ITSM or ticketing systems.
• Comfortable following SOPs, runbooks, and escalation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor infrastructure systems, services, and operational alerts.
• Respond to system alerts and perform first-level incident assessment.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and determine the appropriate next action.
• Validate alarms and identify potential infrastructure or service issues.
• Create, update, and maintain ITSM tickets with accurate incident information.
• Perform routine system and infrastructure health checks.
• Follow established SOPs, runbooks, and escalation procedures.
• Execute documented recovery actions where applicable.
• Escalate unresolved or complex incidents to L2 or specialist technical teams.
• Maintain accurate incident records, operational logs, and documentation.
• Communicate incident status and relevant information clearly to technical teams.
• Support continuous 24×7 operations through a shift-based onsite schedule.

About the Role

We are looking for a L1 NOC / IT Operations Engineer to support continuous technology and infrastructure operations in a 24×7 onsite environment.

You will be responsible for monitoring systems and services, responding to alerts, performing first-level troubleshooting, conducting routine health checks, managing incidents through ITSM systems, and escalating issues to the appropriate technical teams.

This role is suitable for professionals with experience in NOC, IT Operations, Infrastructure Support, or Technical Support who are comfortable working with monitoring tools, following operational procedures, and supporting critical technology environments.

What You’ll Do

Continuously monitor infrastructure systems, services, and operational alerts.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in NOC, IT Operations, Infrastructure Support, Technical Support, or a similar environment.

Basic knowledge of Linux and networking.

Experience with monitoring tools or infrastructure monitoring platforms.

Experience with ITSM or ticketing systems.

Comfortable following SOPs, runbooks, and escalation procedures.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.

Willingness to work in a 24×7 shift-based onsite environment.

Mandarin proficiency is a plus

for local coordination.

Nice to Have

Experience working in a 24×7 operations, NOC, data center, or enterprise technology environment.

Exposure to Kubernetes/K8s, cloud platforms, GPU servers, AI infrastructure, or similar technologies.

Basic scripting or automation experience.

Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure or technology environments.
