Job summary

Arbeit Infotech is seeking a NOC/IT Operations Analyst in Jakarta to monitor infrastructure, triage incidents, and maintain ITSM tickets.

You will perform health checks, runbooks, and escalation, with English required and Mandarin a plus to coordinate locally. This role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience and a shift-based schedule.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in NOC, Service Desk, IT Operations, or Infra Ops.
• Basic knowledge of Linux and computer networking.
• Familiarity with ITSM concepts and ticketing systems.
• Experience using monitoring tools and handling alerts.
• Able to perform basic troubleshooting and follow runbooks/SOPs.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Willing to work in a shift-based environment.
• English proficiency is required; Mandarin is a plus for local coordination.
