Job summary

Asiacruit BPO, Inc. in Jakarta is seeking an L1 NOC / IT Operations Engineer to support 24×7 onsite infrastructure operations. You will monitor systems, respond to alerts, and manage incidents in ITSM, following SOPs and runbooks.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in NOC or IT support, basic Linux and networking knowledge, experience with monitoring tools, and strong documentation and English communication skills. Mandarin is a plus for local coordination.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in NOC or IT operations.
• Basic knowledge of Linux and networking.
• Experience with monitoring tools or monitoring platforms.
• Experience with ITSM or ticketing systems.
• Ability to follow SOPs, runbooks and escalation procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work a 24×7 onsite shift-based schedule.
• Good English communication; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor infrastructure systems, services and alerts.
• Respond to system alerts and perform first-level incident assessment.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and determine next actions.
• Validate alarms and identify potential issues.
• Create and update ITSM tickets with incident details.
• Conduct routine system and infrastructure health checks.
• Follow SOPs and escalation procedures.
• Escalate unresolved incidents to L2 or specialists.
• Maintain incident records and operational logs.
• Communicate incident status clearly to technical teams.
• Support 24×7 operations through shift-based onsite work.
