Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a seasoned Learning & Development professional to shape and execute programs across the organization. You will craft annual learning plans aligned with priorities and drive capability building to support sustainable growth.

You will lead the delivery of programs, ensure engaging sessions, and partner with People & Culture to advance leadership development and onboarding. Strong facilitation, analytics, and LMS familiarity are essential, as is fluency in Bahasa

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 4–6 years in learning and development or related areas.
• Minimum 2 years leading learning programs, facilitators, or development projects.
• Experience designing learning curricula and leadership development.
• Experience facilitating trainings and evaluating learning effectiveness.
• Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement learning strategies, annual learning plans, and development programs based on organizational priorities, capability gaps, and business objectives to strengthen workforce capability and support sustainable business growth.
• Lead the delivery of learning programs by ensuring training sessions are engaging, well-organized, and consistently provide a high-quality learning experience for participants.
• Design and implement leadership and capability development programs that strengthen employee competencies, leadership readiness, and internal talent development across the organization.
• Evaluate learning outcomes using participant feedback, assessments, and performance indicators to ensure learning initiatives improve capability and contribute to business performance.
• Collaborate with the People & Culture team to support organizational development, employee engagement, leadership initiatives, onboarding, and other people development programs that strengthen organizational capability.
• Partner with department leaders, managers, and internal stakeholders to identify learning needs, coordinate learning initiatives, and provide recommendations that support employee development and business objectives.
• Build a positive learning culture by demonstrating and promoting company's cultural pillars.
