Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations.
• Experience in early childhood education, kids-focused businesses, education, or a start-up environment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of people management with proven experience in leading and managing a team.
• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Coordinate and oversee the operations of one or multiple branches within the assigned regional area.
• Lead branch-level initiatives, including events, promotions, and other marketing activities, to drive student engagement, acquisition, and enrollment.
• Manage branch PnL performance by assessing local market conditions and optimizing revenue.
• Oversee the end-to-end customer experience and journey, ensuring service quality and loyalty.
