Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to coordinate multiple branches in the Bogor region. You will lead branch events, promotions, and marketing activities to boost student engagement and enrollment.

The role requires proven leadership in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Operations, plus strong people management and bilingual communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with startup experience considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the operations of one or multiple branches within the assigned regional area.
• Lead and execute branch-level initiatives, including events, promotions, and other marketing activities, to drive student engagement, acquisition and enrollment.
• Manage branch Profit & Loss (PnL) performance by assessing local market conditions and identifying sales opportunities to optimize revenue.
• Oversee the end-to-end customer experience and journey, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
