Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a results-driven operations leader to coordinate the performance of multiple branches in the region. You will ensure smooth daily operations, align academic processes, and drive scalable growth across locations.

You will lead branch-level initiatives such as events and promotions to boost student engagement and enrollments, manage branch P&L, monitor local market opportunities, and optimize revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations.
• Experience in early childhood education, kids-focused businesses, education, or a start-up environment is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of people management and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the operations of one or multiple branches within the assigned regional area, ensuring smooth branch operations and effective execution of academic processes.
• Lead and execute branch-level initiatives, including events, promotions, and other marketing activities, to drive student engagement, acquisition, and enrollment.
• Manage branch Profit & Loss (PnL) performance by assessing local market conditions, identifying current and potential sales opportunities, and implementing strategies to optimize revenue and business performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end customer experience and journey, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term customer loyalty.
