Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales Administration or Key Account, preferably in FMCG.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and sales data analysis.
• Familiar with PO processing, B2B platforms, and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work with deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Sales Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor sales performance across all KA customers and prepare sales achievement reports against targets.
• PO Management: Monitor and analyze customer POs via B2B applications, update GWMIS and sales systems, coordinate order fulfillment and delivery to KA outlets.
• Sales Data & Monthly Reporting: Maintain daily sales records (DSR) and prepare, analyze, and evaluate monthly reports on selling-in, selling-out, service level, productivity, and market share.
• Outlet Monitoring: Conduct random visits to KA outlets to ensure process compliance and resolve issues per procedures.
• Other Responsibilities: Perform additional tasks and act per Delegation of Authority.
