PT Korea Tomorrow & Global TSPM is seeking a Finance Analyst to support monthly reporting, performance analysis, budgets, forecasts, and variance reviews. You will create Excel-based reports and dashboards for senior management, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across functions to aid decision making.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with up to 3 years of relevant experience in management accounting, controlling, auditing, or financial analysis.

Qualificações

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to interpret financial data accurately
• Proactive, eager to learn, well-organized, and able to communicate across departments
• Familiarity with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business performance
• Good in Excel for data analysis (pivot tables, lookup formulas)

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly financial reporting and business performance analysis.
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and actual-versus-budget variance analysis.
• Analyze revenue, cost, and profitability trends to identify key performance drivers.
• Prepare Excel-based reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
• Ensure financial data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and validate financial information.
• Support continuous improvements in financial reporting and data analysis processes.
