Job summary

KT&G TSPM is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst based in Jakarta Selatan with 1–2 years of experience to monitor sales performance and analyze data for improvement. The role requires strong Excel skills, forecasting, and reporting capabilities, with collaboration across regional teams.

The successful candidate will develop dashboards, analyze distribution effectiveness, and translate insights into actions. Travel domestically may be required; a Bachelor's degree with GPA 3.00+ is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Management, Economics, or related fields; minimum GPA 3.00 preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in Sales Operations, Sales Planning, Business Analysis, or related roles, preferably in FMCG, retail, or distribution.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, sales data analysis, forecasting, dashboard development, and business reporting.
• Strong numerical reasoning and ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Willing to travel domestically; valid driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze sales performance across all organizational levels.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend operational improvements.
• Optimize sales processes, distribution effectiveness, and salesforce productivity.
• Develop sales performance reports, dashboards, and forecasts.
• Evaluate distribution performance, operational costs, and profitability.
• Coordinate with Regional teams and relevant departments to implement improvement initiatives.
• Conduct ad-hoc business analysis and optimization project
