Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in data analytics or data engineering with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Background in FMCG Sales & Marketing or corporate governance is preferred.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement monitoring systems to ensure compliance and integrity across operations.
• Identify, prevent, and mitigate fraudulent or unethical practices.
• Oversee regional compliance activities and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
• Analyze operational patterns to detect irregularities and devise preventive measures.
• Coordinate with Head Office and regional teams to drive accountability and transparency.
• Provide leadership and development for staff to achieve compliance objectives.
• Apply governance frameworks and audit principles in sales and distribution.
