PT Korea Tomorrow & Global Indonesia in Jambi is seeking a Chief Administration to oversee daily financial controls, office administration, and stock reconciliation within the Area Marketing Office. The role requires strong Excel skills, leadership, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Candidates with 5+ years in tobacco or FMCG, Bachelor’s degree, and proven experience in sales support or general administration will be preferred.

Formación

• Experience in Tobacco or FMCG sector.
• Strong Excel skills.

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Willing to be placed in Jambi.

Responsabilidades

• Control petty cash and daily stock opname in AMO (Area Marketing Office).
• Verify daily sales report.
• Verify and ensure daily cash balance.
• Prepare employee absent recapitulation and daily allowance to HO report.
• Oversee all activities and administration in AMO.
