Job summary

PT Korea Tomorrow & Global TSPM is seeking a Compliance & Process Analyst to monitor and review internal regulations and business processes in line with management direction and Indonesian regulations. The role emphasizes risk mapping and adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards across core operations.

The successful candidate will coordinate with headquarters, ensure coherent process flowcharts, and drive improvements in the mapped business processes for Sales & Distribution teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field; Industrial engineering or business preferred.
Minimum 2 years in business process/quality management is preferred.
Ability to use Microsoft Word and Visio.
Knowledge of creating coherent business process flowcharts.

Responsibilities

Monitor and review internal regulations proposed by leaders.
Review/regulate updates to internal regulations per management direction.
Foster compliance through monitoring and evaluation of regulations.
Coordinate with headquarters on updates to Indonesian regulations.
Supervise mapping of business processes for Sales & Distribution clusters.
Identify risks in mapped business processes and suggest improvements.
Coordinate information flow on Indonesian business processes from headquarters.
