Job summary

PT Victoria Care Indonesia Tbk is seeking a result-oriented sales professional to drive sell-out in online reseller stores and nurture key partnerships in Indonesia. You will develop sales programs, monitor performance, and negotiate deals to maximize growth.

The role requires strong presentation and negotiation skills, proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, and a readiness to join ASAP for a fully on-site work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce or Key Account.
• Target-oriented with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel; data-driven mindset.
• Able to join ASAP and work fully on-site (WFO).

Job description

Drive and achieve sell-out targets across PT Victoria Care Indonesia Tbk online reseller stores.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing online reseller stores while driving their sales growth and performance.

Develop impactful programs, sales strategies, and marketing plans to maximize sell-out and business growth.

Monitor reseller store performance, conduct negotiations, and manage deals to strengthen business partnerships.

Manage and optimize budgets effectively to support sales performance and achieve business targets.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce or Key Account

Target-oriented, ambitious, and equipped with strong communication skills.

Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

Result-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Able to join ASAP and willing to work fully WFO.
