Job summary

PT Aroma prima livindo tengah mencari Key Account Manager untuk merawat akun Local Modern Trade di segmen FMCG/beauty. Peran ini fokus pada negosiasi, perencanaan JBP, serta kerja sama lintas fungsi untuk ketersediaan produk dan eksekusi promosi.

Posisi ini menuntut pengalaman 1–3 tahun, kemampuan analitis, dan kemampuan komunikasi yang baik. Penempatan di Greenlake City, Tangerang dengan paket kompensasi dan manfaat terkait.

Qualifications

• D3/S1 in related field; 1–3 years KAM Local Modern Trade experience in FMCG/beauty/fragrance.
• Experience handling Local Modern Trade accounts preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• ERP/CRM systems experience is an advantage.
• Willing to be placed at Greenlake City, Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Local Modern Trade customers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare Joint Business Plans (JBP) with key customers.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, and commercial terms.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance for product availability and order fulfilment.
• Analyze sales data to improve performance.
• Manage customer budgets, trade spending, and promotional investments.

Job description

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Local Modern Trade customers .

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Prepare Joint Business Plans (JBP) with key customers.

Negotiate pricing, promotions, product listings, display placements, and commercial agreements.

Monitor customer performance, sales trends, and market activities.

Ensure excellent execution of promotions and in-store merchandising.

Coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Sales Operations to ensure product availability and smooth order fulfillment.

Analyze sales data and recommend strategies to improve business performance.

Manage customer budgets, trade spending, and promotional investments.

We're looking for :

D3/S1 related field, at least 1–3 years of experience in Key Account Manager handle for Local- Modern Trade in FMCG/beauty or fragrance sales.

Experience handling Local Modern Trade accounts is preferred (example; Mirota Kampus, Progo, Tiara Dewata, Yogya Group, Hari-hari)

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - also help sales area to develop promotional programs to increase sales.

Experience with sales reporting systems or ERP/CRM tools is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.

Willing to be placed at Greenlake City, Tangerang.
