PT Olive Maju Abadi in Indonesia seeks a field sales professional to drive growth for animal supplement brands across Jawa Timur. You will build strong relationships with modern and traditional retailers, visit stores, monitor stock, and communicate product updates.

You will analyze sales data, develop strategies, and support marketing initiatives to expand market penetration. This role requires travel to customer sites, strong negotiation, and a results-driven mindset.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales or account management experience in retail or FMCG.
• Experience in the animal supplement industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales targets for assigned product categories in Jawa Timur area.
• Develop and maintain relationships with modern and traditional retail customers.

Descripción del empleo

Achieve sales targets for assigned product categories in Jawa Timur area.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with modern and traditional retail customers.

Conduct regular store visits to monitor product availability, place orders, and provide product updates.

Develop sales strategies and maintain a strong understanding of marketing techniques for animal supplements.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify sales opportunities.

Provide input and recommendations to improve marketing strategies and market penetration.

Ensure customer compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Open to candidates with sales experience outside the Jabodetabek area.

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management within the retail or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.

Experience in the animal supplement industry, particularly with Focat, Elope, Novamos, Clever Solution, Protema, or Maggpro, is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Good understanding of modern and traditional retail market trends and dynamics.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.

Results-oriented, target-driven, and committed to maintaining a strong work ethic.

Willingness to travel and conduct regular visits to customer stores.
