Job summary

Usmile is seeking a driven Key Account Executive to strengthen relationships with key accounts and retail partners while driving sales growth.

You will develop sell-in and sell-out strategies, monitor stock levels, coordinate promotions, and prepare forecasts. Collaboration across teams will ensure flawless execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Modern Trade, or Business Development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven and comfortable working with sales targets.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts.
• Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Retail, or Consumer Goods is a plus.
