Job summary

PT DECA is seeking a Key Account Manager to strengthen relationships with ecommerce platforms and drive online sales growth across Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop. You will monitor performance, coordinate with internal teams, and implement promotional campaigns.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 1–2 years in e-commerce or retail, strong Excel and analytical skills, and fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia. Join a dynamic design-and-build group with regional projects.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in e-commerce/retail or related fields.
• Strong numerical and communication skills.
• Excellent Excel proficiency and data analysis capability.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with platform PIC.
• Analyse sales and market trends to drive growth insights.
• Manage e-commerce accounts and daily operations on Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.
• Plan and execute online promotional campaigns.
• Manage pricing, assortment, and stock availability.
• Collaborate with internal departments and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Generate and present performance reports daily, weekly, and monthly.

Job description

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with platform's PIC.
• Analyse sales and current trends to generate insights and market behaviour to focus on sales growth.
• Manage company's e-commerce accounts and its daily operations for Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Tiktok, etc.
• Plan and execute promotional or marketing online campaigns.
• Manage pricing strategy, product assortment and stock availability of products in store.
• Collaborate with various departments within the company.
• Ensures compliance to defined internal and external regulations; collaborating with platform's PIC & communicating the updates within the internal team.
• Generate and present daily, weekly and monthly store performance reports to Team Leader.
• Practice great attention to detail, accountability and critical thinking.
• Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in relevant fields.
• Experienced in the e-commerce industry/ retail industry.
• Interested and passionate to learn about the evolving e-commerce industry.
• Posses excellent numerical and communication skills.
• Strong in analytical skills and have high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good attitude to connect with others, self-driven to complete tasks, and demonstrate strong initiative to take action as team player.
• Excellent command in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
