PT DECA is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive e-commerce campaigns across PT DECA's brands, with a focus on TikTok performance and strategic marketplace planning. The role requires hands-on campaign execution, data-driven optimization, and strong cross-team collaboration.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in e-commerce and excellent communication skills to build relationships with platforms and partners, contributing to growth and brand value.

Formación

• Experience managing e-commerce campaigns, preferably on TikTok or similar platforms.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze metrics and generate actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

• Produce and execute campaign plans and promotions (bundles, vouchers, discounts, flash sales).
• Analyze key metrics on TikTok: Livestreaming, Short Video, Shop Tab & Affiliate.
• Generate periodical reports with highlights, learnings and next actions.
• Build and maintain relationships with platforms and partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams.

• Produce and execute campaign plan and promotion (bundles, voucher, discount, flash sale)
• Analyze all key metrics in Tiktok, including Livestreaming, Short Video, Shop Tab & Affiliate
• Generate periodical report : highlight, key learning and propose next actions plan for the optimization
• Build and mantain good relationship with platform
• Align with related team such like marketing & creative team
• Experienced in handling E-commerce especially Tiktok min 2 years
• Experienced in marketplace marketing strategic plan
• Have an excellence communication skills
• Have the skills and knowledge to grow the brands especially the strategic thinking
• Starving to learn new and more things to give more impacts to company
• A good team player with positive and profesional attitudes
