Job summary

PT META INERTIA INDONESIA is seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Lead to manage daily activities across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other platforms from our Indonesia-based team. You will oversee listings, promotions, orders, and store performance; coordinate launches and content; and lead inventory, packaging, shipping, and fulfillment teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years in e-commerce ops, strong knowledge of local platforms, and excellent English

Qualifications

• 3+ years of e-commerce operations experience, preferably with team management.
• Strong knowledge of Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Indonesian e-commerce operations.
• Proficient in English as an independent working language (written and spoken).
• Strong accountability, attention to detail, and ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with good organizational skills.

About you

Minimum 3 years of e-commerce operations experience, preferably with team management experience

Strong knowledge of Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Indonesian e-commerce operations

Proficient in English as an independent working language, both written and spoken

Strong accountability, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently deliver results with minimal supervision

Proactive problem-solving mindset with excellent follow-through and organizational skills

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with strong multitasking and cross-functional coordination skills
