Job summary

APP Group in Semarang is seeking an experienced Sales / Key Account Manager to drive growth across B2B clients, hypermarkets, and Local MT channels. You will develop and execute sales plans, forecast, and report on performance, while identifying customer needs and delivering effective business solutions.

Ideal candidates have 2–6 years in FMCG Key Account roles, are proficient with Microsoft Office, and are willing to be placed in Central Java (Semarang).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in any field.
• At least 2-6 years of working experience in the related field with strong Key Account FMCG background.
• Familiar with Hypermarket, Supermarket, and Local Modern Trade channels.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office and prepare sales reports properly.
• Willing to be placed in Central Java (Semarang).

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, & maintain B2B Customer, hypermarket, supermarket, Local MT channel in region to achieve sales target.
• Support sales forecasting and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
