Job summary

APP Group in Tangerang is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead field activities across the GT channel. You will supervise sales operations, coordinate with merchandisers, and drive performance to meet ambitious targets in a dynamic FMCG environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience, with a proven track record in sales leadership, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel to cover the nearby markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field; Sales Supervisor experience preferred for FMCG.
• Coverage area includes Tangerang and surroundings; vehicle ownership preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; high achiever and target oriented.
• Willing to travel/mobile across stores and warehouses.
