Qualifications

• Minimum SMK/D3/S1 qualification in Information Technology or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years IT Support experience is a plus.
• Understand basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Understand Windows and Microsoft Office installation and troubleshooting.
• Understand basic networking: LAN, Wi-Fi, IP Address, Router/Switch.
• Able to install and configure computers, printers, and other IT devices.
• Good problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Willing to learn and follow IT technology developments.
• Communicative, responsive, disciplined, detail‑oriented, and able to work with a team.
• Able to work independently or under supervisor direction.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to users/employees regarding hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT devices.
• Handle troubleshooting for LAN networks, Wi-Fi, and basic internet connectivity.
• Install and troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office, email, and work applications.
• Assist with user account management, device access, and employee IT needs.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance of IT devices.
• Record inventory and IT asset management.
• Assist with data backup and ensure basic device security.
• Coordinate with external vendors/technicians for IT issues requiring further handling.
• Create work reports and IT issue documentation on a regular basis.
