Job summary

Meratus Group in Surabaya is seeking an IT Assurance & Support Engineer to maintain our core IT systems, hardware, software, and networks to ensure smooth daily operations across all business functions.

The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate to 2 years in IT support or SysAdmin, proficient in Windows troubleshooting, basic networking, and IT asset management. You will provide user support, manage inventory, onboard new users, and assist in technology projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates to 2 years in IT support, helpdesk or sys admin.
• Proficient in Windows OS troubleshooting and basic networking.
• Familiar with IT asset management databases.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and remote technical support to users.
• Monitor and manage IT assets and inventory accuracy.
• Onboard users and provision hardware, software, access rights.
• Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades.
• Deliver user training on new IT tools and technologies.
• Support technology projects meeting 5R workplace standards.
