Job summary

Staffinc is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver advanced technical support for hardware, OS issues, and corporate applications. You will provisioning work devices and help maintain office systems such as CCTV and access control.

Applicants should have a Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT and 1–2 years of related experience; fresh graduates with strong skills are welcome. Based in Semarang, the role requires strong communication and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in IT or related field.
• 1–2 years of IT Support experience; fresh graduates with strong skills welcome.
• Experience with Windows and macOS hardware/software is required.
• CCNA or networking cert is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end advanced technical support, troubleshoot hardware and OS issues.
• Assist with corporate applications issues and route to specialists for escalation.
• Provision and provisioning of work devices and manage office facility systems (CCTV, access doors).
• Manage local IT asset/logistics, inventory, labeling, auditing and reporting.
• Act as local point of contact for ISP vendors and SLAs; support regional network issues.
• Log and track incidents in the ticketing system; document resolutions for central IT.
