Job summary

PT. Datacaraka Solusindo is seeking an IT Support professional to deliver day-to-day technical support for internal employees and ensure a reliable IT environment. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining IT infrastructure availability.

The role involves managing Windows/Linux OS, LAN/Wi‑Fi/VPN, AD user accounts, and IT security basics. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT support and is willing to travel, with Bahasa Indonesia (active) and English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, CS, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of IT Support/Helpdesk experience.
• Experience supporting internal employees in an enterprise environment preferred.
• Good knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, networks, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Experience with Active Directory and user account management is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel; strong communication; able to work under pressure.
• Own a private motorcycle and willing to travel; Bahasa Indonesia (active) and English (passive).

Responsibilities

Manage and troubleshoot the company's LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, printers, and network devices.

Manage Active Directory, user accounts, access permissions, and internal IT infrastructure.

Perform installation, configuration, updates, maintenance, backup, and recovery of IT hardware and software.

Handle, monitor, and resolve employee IT issues through the ticketing system according to established procedures and SLA.

Perform IT asset management, inventory, infrastructure monitoring, and maintain documentation of troubleshooting and configurations.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.

Minimum 2 years of experience as IT Support, Helpdesk, Service Desk, IT Technician, Junior System Administrator, or similar roles.

Experience supporting internal employees in an enterprise or corporate environment is preferred.

Good knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, computer networks, and hardware & software troubleshooting.

Experience with Active Directory, user account management, and application support is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel, with good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Own a private motorcycle, willing to travel, and able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia (active) and English (passive).
